Peer Review

DAMA International publications journals, are committed to prompt evaluation and publication of fully accepted papers the journals. To maintain a high-quality publication, all submissions undergo a review process. The main Characteristics of the peer review process are as follows:

  • Manuscripts contents with outside the scope will not be considered for review.
  • Papers will be refereed by at least 2 experts with the subject expers.
  • In addition, Editors will have the option additional reviews when needed.
  • The peer reviewers check the manuscript for accuracy and assess the validity of the research methodology and procedures. If appropriate, they suggest revisions. If they find the article lacking in scholarly validity and rigor, they reject it.
  • All received papers decisions are made by the journal's Editors-in-Chief on the basis of the referees' reports.
  • If the paper not accepted for the publications notified to authors promptly.
  • All submitted manuscripts are treated as the paper will not submitted for the process of publication in other Journals as also treated as confidential documents.
  • Peer review process is confidential and identities of reviewers cannot be revealed.
  • Editors and reviewers involved in the review process should disclose conflicts of interest resulting from direct competitive, collaborative etc.
  • Locate the journal in the online or Library, then identify the most current entire year’s issues.
  • The Journals are free access to read and download the full paper.
  • All manuscripts submitted will be checked for plagiarism with the help of Plagiarism Detection Software.


Submissions of the same manuscript to different journals will not be accepted.

The final decision and time to publication: The Senior Editor is responsible for the decision to reject or recommend the manuscript for publication. This decision will be sent to the author along with any recommendations made by the referees. After acceptance, it currently takes 10 days to get a citable, uncorrected draft of the article online, another 2 weeks to get the final corrected article online, and a few weeks later this is compiled into an online volume and issue. The print copy follows 2-3 weeks later.

Submission of a manuscript implies that the work has not been published before, and that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Acceptance of a manuscript will automatically transfer all copyrights of the manuscript to store, publish, distribute, access, and make commercial use of the article.

Download Copywrite form

All authors must sign the Transfer of Copyright agreement before the article can be published. This transfer agreement enables DAMA International, to protect the copyrighted material for the authors, but does not relinquish the authors' proprietory rights. Copyright transfer covers the exclusive rights to distribute and reproduce the article, including reprints, photography, microfilm or any other reproductions of similar nature and translations.

Policy on plagiarism
The Journal do check plagiarism of submitted paper through open source software. To complain, please feel free to contact us. The journal will debar the guilty authors from publishing for the period of six months.
